I’m a mommy now. I have this adorable little girl in my life. But one of the teeny-weeny sacrifice I had to make to have her is my boobs becoming a little saggy.
My breasts sagged a little during pregnancy and a little more while breastfeeding. Now, while it isn’t so noticeable through my clothes, especially when I have a bra on, I have become a little uncomfortable with how they look and would like to get them perky and more sexy once again.
Being as body-conscious as the next woman, I decided to search out ways to firm them back up and get my sexy back.

Google is awesome and that was my first call in my search for a sexy body. I saw tons of remedies, some great, some downright scary.
I’m a stickler for all things natural (I’m not about to put some chemical on my boobs and increase my risk of breast cancer. That’s just me though.
Did I also mention I checked YouTube for a solution? There are so many amazing videos you can find on this issue. I saw several, even one where a YouTuber suggested using toothpaste for five days.
Seriously??? This tip sounded so crazy, it had me laughing as I watched it. I may be determined get my sexy back, but I’d rather be safe than sorry while doing it!
How to Firm Up Sagging Breasts Naturally
Here are some equally crazy sagging breasts tips I came accross:
Apply vaseline under your bustline for seven days.
Great advice, but there really are no muscles in the breasts, just mostly fats and your Cooper’s ligament that holds those girl up. So don’t see how exercising would firm-up those fats.
Perform chest exercises
Err…….I’m not exactly sure how this would work.
In the end though, I found some really great saggy breast firming tips and some other tips/recipes that helped tons:
Go braless to strengthen your Cooper’s ligaments.
This advice is great as going braless can strengthen your cooper’s ligament to get your breasts perky once again.
Here are some great recipes I found for firming up the breasts:
Now, here are some logical tips I saw to firm up sagging breasts. Good thing is they are quite simple and anyone can try them.
- Egg White /yolk
- Blend the cucumber and place in a bowl.
- Add your egg yolk or egg white and stir in water.
- Apply this all over your breasts and refrigerate the rest for use later.
- Wash off after 5-10 minutes.
- Repeat daily for a while or until you see desired results

- 1 Medium sized aloe vera plant.
- Squeeze out and apply the aloe vera gel over your breasts in a circular motion.
- Leave for 10 minutes then wash off using lukewarm or cool water.
- Repeat daily for faster results.
And my favourite…
- Shea butter
- Just like with the aloe vera gel, apply a little shea butter over your breasts and leave for 10-15 minutes before washing off.
- Do this often till you get the desired result.
