Common cold is a viral infection and is quite common, affecting well over 1.5 million people yearly. It’s a disease of the upper respiratory tract caused by over 200 different types of viruses.

Sore throat
Common cold cannot be cured, however, it can be managed to bring you relief while it runs its course.

Lemon, Cinnamon, and Honey
To make this remedy, mix one teaspoon of honey, 3-4 drops of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon and take twice daily until the cough is cured.

Brandy and Honey
Again, mix a teaspoon of brandy with a quarter of a teaspoon of honey and take 2-3 times daily for relief and cure.

Ginger Tea
